As of April 2019, she began working in the Vice Presidency of Quality, Assessment and Institutional Intelligence (CAII) as Assessment Manager and Title IX Coordinator. Title IX is the federal law that protects members of the University community from discrimination based on sex and provides reporting options to investigate complaints, mitigate, and correct all types of inappropriate sexual behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her duties as Title IX Coordinator include:<br> \u2022 Implement and monitor Institutional Policies and Procedures on Title IX.<br> \u2022 Coordinate training for students and faculty on the Policy and Procedures in the resolution of Title IX complaints.<br> \u2022 Conduct impartial, fair, and thorough investigations of any Title IX complaint.<br> \u2022 Evaluates confidentiality requests in order to provide a safe, non-discriminatory environment.<br> \u2022 Take preventive safety measures during an ongoing investigation to ensure an adequate educational environment for all parties.<br> \u2022 Write a report once the investigation is finished, makes a determination and offer recommendations.<br> <br>Mrs. Rodr\u00edguez recently completed the Certification as a Title IX Coordinator and Civil Rights Investigator granted by the prestigious firm <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dstaffordandassociates.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"D. Stafford &amp; Associates. (opens in a new tab)\">D.
