Sagrado student H\u00e9ctor \u00c1lvarez Rivera<\/strong> credits the \u201cpersistence\u201d and mentoring of the Sagrado Careers<\/a><\/strong> staff and the STV Noticias<\/a><\/strong> workshop for getting his job in the production of Noticentro<\/em> on WAPA TV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI applied for WAPA TV on more than one occasion, without any results. In August 2021, the opportunity finally presented itself,\u201d recalled \u00c1lvarez, a junior in Journalism at the Ferr\u00e9 Rangel School of Communication<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Dolphin works in the production area of \u200b\u200bNoticentro al Amanecer<\/em>, and contributes to the 11:00 a. m. edition of Noticentro<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Previously, \u00c1lvarez had participated in STV Noticias<\/em>, the news program directed and produced by students of Sagrado Coraz\u00f3n University<\/a><\/strong>, with the mentorship of Professor Jos\u00e9 Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong> Chiclana<\/strong>. At STV Noticias,<\/em> he served as anchorman, reporter, and even production assistant. \u201cIt was worth the hours, days, and weeks dedicated to STV Noticias<\/em>. I am very grateful to Professor Rodr\u00edguez Chiclana,\u201d he told inSagrado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Similarly, \u00c1lvarez attributed his success to mentorship from Sagrado Careers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am super grateful to her and the Sagrado Careers team.\u201d<\/p>H\u00e9ctor \u00c1lvarez Rivera<\/em><\/strong>, Sagrado student<\/em><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
