During the ceremony, three students were honored with the <a href=\"https:\/\/insagrado.sagrado.edu\/en\/sagrado-awards-portico-medals-to-three-graduates-of-the-class-of-2026\/\">P\u00f3rtico Medal<\/a>, and the institution presented the <a href=\"https:\/\/insagrado.sagrado.edu\/en\/sagrado-to-honor-sila-maria-calderon-serra-and-chef-ivan-clemente-during-its-87th-commencement-ceremony\/\">Rosa Filipina Duchesne Medal<\/a> to Chef Iv\u00e1n Clemente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Named after \u201cthe first missionary of the Society of the Sacred Heart,\u201d this medal honors individuals who have crossed boundaries in service to others through acts of solidarity. Since founding Kennedy\u2019s Community Kitchen (<a href=\"https:\/\/elcomedordelakennedy.com\/\">El Comedor de la Kennedy<\/a>), Chef Clemente has provided free meals to thousands of children and adults.
