El hogar del Consejo de Estudiantes fue el punto de encuentro para los interesado en participar en una experiencia internacional, ya sea de intercambio o en un internado.

Varias decenas de estudiantes se dieron cita en las oficinas del Consejo de Estudiantes para participar en el evento GoGlobal, que busca exhortar a los sagradeños a explorar más allá de sus horizontes y fomentar la internacionalización.
En su segunda edición, el evento, organizado por Sagrado Global, tuvo dos componentes únicos: un diagnóstico internacional y presentaciones de programas especiales. El propósito del primero fue determinar los intereses y razones por las cuales los estudiantes desean participar en un programa de movilidad. Mientras, el segundo componente consistió en orientar sobre las cuatro opciones de movilidad estudiantil disponibles para los sagradeños.
La idea es fomentar que los estudiantes salgan en busca de oportunidades de intercambio, que consideren lugares para aprender un idioma y que tengan otras opciones”, aseguró Eva Rivera, directora de Sagrado Global.
Las primeras charlas fueron sobre un programa intensivo de aprendizaje del idioma inglés en la State University of New York en Oswego, y sobre diversas oportunidades de intercambio en Estados Unidos y Canadá.
Mientras que en la tarde se conversó sobre por qué seleccionar una ciudad destino en base al deseo para aprender un nuevo idioma, internados laborales que se pueden conseguir a través de Sagrado Jobs y algunas oportunidades de beca al momento de realizar un programa, entre ellas la Fulbright Scholarship.
Bedushka Jiménez, estudiante de cuarto año en Relaciones Públicas y Trabajo Social, explicó que asistió a la actividad ya que siempre se le ha llamado la atención el alcance global y le interesa participar en un intercambio en Alemania.
Tanto la profesora Eva como Cassandra y los otros recursos han sido excelentes, nos explicaron detalladamente cuáles son los programas que se ofrecen y las diferentes oportunidades”, concluyó la estudiante.

Several dozen students met at the Student Council Office to take part in the GoGlobal activity to encourage Sagrado students to explore beyond their horizons and promote globalization.
In its second edition, the event organized by Sagrado Global, had only two components: an international diagnosis and presentations of special programs. The purpose of the first part of the event was to determine interests and reasons that the students had in taking part in an exchange program.
The second component, meanwhile, consisted in orienting about the four options of student relocation available to Sagrado students.
The idea is to motivate the students to search out exchange opportunities; to consider places to learn another language, and to have other options,”

The first talks were about an intensive English language learning program at the State University of New York in Oswego and about various exchange opportunities in the United States and Canada.
The afternoon talks were on the reason for choosing a destination city based on the appeal of learning a new language; work internships through Sagrado Jobs, and some scholarship opportunities available upon participating in the program, among them, the Fulbright Scholarship.
Bedushka Jiménez, a Public Relations and Social Work fourth year (Senior) student, explained that she had attended the activity because she had always been interested in global growth and was interested in taking part in an exchange in Germany.
Professor Eva (Rivera), as well as Cassandra and the other resources have been excellent; they have fully explained the programs offered and the different opportunities,” the student recapped.
