Sagrado’s Nursing Program receives CCNE Reaccreditation

The accrediting agency is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of academic programs in nursing.

The Bachelor of Science in Nursing program offered by Sagrado Corazón University obtained its reaccreditation from the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), an agency that ensures the quality and integrity of academic programs in nursing.

“After a long three-year process, the CCNE Evaluation Committee concluded that we met each of the accreditation standards and, therefore, we obtained reaccreditation for the next 10 years, until 2030.”

Meanwhile, the director of the Nursing Program, Dr. Sandra Cotto, said: “During this time, and overcoming all the challenges imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic, our campus community once again demonstrated its commitment to Sagrado. We acknowledge the hard work and dedication of the faculty, students, alumni, trustees, and administrative staff.”
